27. Madejski Stadium, Pen and watercolour, 29 x 20cm, NFS

When it was opened in 1998 the stadium was a state-of-the-art improvement on Reading's old Elm Park ground. This painting illustrates how fresh the design still appears and suggests temporary quietness before the anticipated excitement of matchday.

28. Reading Station, Pen and watercolour, 30 x 15cm, NFS

Here the old brick-built ticket office contrasts with the steel and glass of the new extension. Purposely emphasized perspective lines have been highlighted on the large and lively pedestrian area in front of the original building to bring depth to the scene.

29. Rooflines, Mapledurham House, Watercolour and ink, 13 x 23cm, £65

Has an off-white mount in a black frame, overall size 34 x 44cm. Several rooflines from different parts of the house run through the scene at contrasting angles, giving a pleasing geometrical aspect when viewed against the verticals of the tall brick chimney stacks.

Commissions welcome for Madejski Stadium and Reading Station.
