A magical walled garden and pond area, with toilet and accessible kitchen. The garden is very relaxed, with lots of features and seating areas, including a couple of garden structures which could provide shelter if it rains. You will need to bring a packed lunch.

There are 4 parking spaces outside the house itself and a field opposite which is owned by a neighbour which will be mown and made ready. Parking will be sign-posted.
