My practice employs a wide range of media to explore local landscapes, everyday objects, poetic and societal themes. I am interested in using collaboration and chance encounters to generate new artwork and enjoy playing with text and language within my work. The physical activities of walking, birding, drawing in the landscape and woodcut printing form the basis of much of my output, motivated by the desire to communicate.
