Fong says of this work:
A gift of flowers provokes an emotional response. A gift from the heart. With this piece I wanted to develop my making process and capture daisies in porcelain clay. As I was making this piece I reflect on my journey, friendships old and new have brought me here, we often gift each other flowers.
