A new venue for us – beautiful grounds with easily accessible toilets, refreshments, and a shop on site. If you are not a National Trust member, entry charges are £17; if you are a member, please remember to bring your card.
The suggested area to base ourselves is the Water Garden, as it is close to the car park and other facilities. Some maintenance work will be ongoing, but this will not restrict painting opportunities in this part of the gardens.
There are some stipulations from the National Trust: all paint/water must be taken home with us. Also, we need to make sure we don’t position ourselves anywhere that could block visitor routes or any areas the garden teams are working on.
Meet at the coffee kiosk near the shop in the car park.
