Having studied Wildlife Illustration at Dyfed College of Art & Design I have continued to explore my love of nature and art through observation and initial sketches creating final evocative pieces reflecting my passion for nature.

My work is a carefully considered balance of details and loose mark-making using graphite sticks, charcoal, pencil and acrylic paint. Focusing on texture and tone while exploring light and shadow I endeavour to create a depth in my work which allows the viewer to engage with a sense of space and feeling.

I continue to develop my studies of nature and the English countryside incorporating my knowledge of wildlife to explore the human response to the world around us and create sensitive final pieces that connect with my audience.
