Water colour is a very delicate medium and can be difficult to master. In Richard Cave’s work, you can see where 40 years of experience has taken him. He shows excellent watercolour technique in the artwork ‘Drill Rig Under Tow -Valletta’. His exploration of light and dark tones within this work is simply beautiful, it truly brings the picture to life.
