Picture of the Month for April 2024 is Reverberations IV by Tom Cartmill. It was chosen from the Members Gallery by Paul Woolley.

I like the way Tom has created the work by just using simple/minimal black and white drawing techniques that give a largely abstract impression. These techniques lead the viewers eye across the surface of the paper, with an ebb and flow, that gives a final image that looks quite complex. 

Along the way, he has created new volumes and textures that are very intricate and which fascinate the eye in the process.
